Summary

[edit]
Description The Santo Niño de Atocha Church, located along Colorado State Highway 12 at Tijeras, which is between Cokedale and Segundo in Las Animas County, Colorado. There is a 1936 Historic American Buildings Survey picture of this church that calls it "Santa Nina de Atoche," a likely error, for the church is named for the Holy Infant of Atocha. The 1936 picture is here.
