Description Photo postcard of two Baldwin steam locomotives purchased by the Santa Fe Railway. The passenger locomotive is a 4-6-4 "Hudson" type. The freight locomotive is a 2-10-4 "Texas" type locomotive.
Date Card is unpostmarked and undated. Research shows the passenger locomotive, #3460, was received by the railroad in 1937, so the card is circa 1937.
