Español: RETRATO DE LA FAMILIA DEL BRIGADIER MATEO PUMACAHUA: El Cacique Mateo Pumacahua Chihuantito, nació en Chinchero (Cusco) en 1740 y falleció en Sicuani en 1815. En una primera etapa fue militar español que organizó un ejército para combatir a Túpaq Amaru II en 1780 y otras rebeliones; en la segunda etapa asume como patriota al negarse jurar lealtad ante la Constitución Española en 1812 y posteriormente fue uno de los líderes en la revolución de 1814 conjuntamente con los hermanos Angulo. En la escena del lienzo se observa a Mateo Pumacahua, su esposa e hija como feligrés de la religión católica.
