Description
Italiano: Volta navata. Ciclo pittorico realizzato da Giovanni Patricolo. Le tele degli altari della parete sinistra raffigurano: Il discorso della Montagna, Natività con adorazione dei pastori, San Michele Arcangelo che sprofonda nell'inferno Lucifero. Le tele degli altari della parete destra raffigurano: San Gerardo in gloria ai piedi di Maria Santissima (opera di Pietro Gagliardi che ha sostituito una tela di Giovanni Patricolo andata in rovina), Gesù Bambino e San Giovannino, Maria, Giuseppe, Elisabetta e Zaccaria, Martirio di Santa Filomena. Nella volta le tele raffiguranti: Il Battesimo di Gesù, Sant'Alfonso in gloria, Gesù Risorto, La discesa dello Spirito Santo su Maria e gli Apostoli. Sul cornicione, nelle pareti sotto la volta ci sono le tele raffiguranti i seguenti episodi: Gesù tra i dottori, Noli me tangere, La tempesta sedata, La cena in casa di Simone il fariseo.
