English: The 2SA1216, 2SC2922 were high-power, high-quality complementary bipolar transistors in MT200 cases made by Sanken. The manufacture claimed excellent current gain performance at very high currents (that is, the beta droop was not as pronounced as in earlier generic models). A TO-220 case provided for scale. |
