DescriptionSandy Oct 23 2012.jpg	English: -Tropical Storm Sandy on October 23, 2012- Sandy form from a vigorous tropical wave that began to develop in the eastern Caribbean sea. The wave steadily moved to the west and began to gradually slow down to thee south of Jamaica where it developed and became Tropical Storm Sandy.
