Description

Samosas are the triangular folded and sealed crepe-like food with stuffing inside. Once stuffed and sealed, they are deep fried to a golden brown crust.

The stuffing can be anything - veggie mix, cooked meat, cooked fish, left overs, mash or pastes, sweets, etc.

Samosas and pakoras are fair, farmer market, festive occasion, party food in India. Now found in many parts of the world.
