Description
English: Preparing and grilling seekh kebabs at Salim's curry takeaway and restaurant in Turnpike Lane, Haringey, London, England. The person depicted was willing and gave permission to be photographed, and understood that the image would be uploaded to Wikimedia. He may, however, require a personality rights waiver for follow-on use of the image, or parts of the image.
A recipe: hand blend into minced lamb a mix of fresh green chilli, fresh garlic, fresh coriander leaves, and fresh ginger, all finely chopped. Hand blend in a seasoning of salt and cumin powder and form into sausage lengths or patties. Grill, or fry in a small amount of oil. Minced chicken is an alternative.

Software: JPEG file lens-corrected, optimized and converted with DxO PhotoLab 2 Elite, and further optimized with Adobe Photoshop CS2.
