日本語: 越後七不思議のひとつ、西方寺の逆さ竹。親鸞上人が紫竹の杖を地に刺したところ、枝葉が逆さに生え出たとされる竹。西方寺旧跡にある「鳥屋野逆ダケの藪」は、大正11年に国の指定天然記念物となった。
