English: Sub-picture 1 composed in the photography portfolio File:Phtograph-making - Trip. Sagebrush noodle is one kind of delicious daily cuisine in Ningxia. You knew, there, deserts are located surrounding. In the past, people were fighting against the bad climate and environment there; then, they found cultivating sagebrush would help them keep water and soil. Meanwhile, the seeds of Sagebrush can also be triturated and put into their daily food - noodles. After researching this kind of noodles for generations, they self-got the rate of how much sagebrush flour and how much wheat flour, if put in, it would be delicious. Together with the spicy and sour soup contenting vegetable (and other meats if preferred), you would understand their 'dare to do and change' personality when facing deserts. |
