English: One of the two hussar saddles brought to Boris Godunov in 1600 by the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth envoys Lew Sapieha, Stanisław Warszycki and Eliasz Pielgrzymowski, as a gift from Sigismund III Vasa. The saddle is trimmed with crimson velvet and decorated with applicated Oriental signs in the shape of large sharp-pointed ovals.
