From Nubia (Sudan) Gebel Barkal: torso from great temple of Amen, cache of statues north of First Pylon (B 500 A), head from Temple B 800, Room 904 (B 801). 1916: excavated by the Harvard University–Boston Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; assigned to the MFA in the division of finds by the government of Sudan. (Accession Date: August 1, 1923)
