English: Fake blood is poured on a simulated casualty to provide a stressful environment to Peruvian Marines for the final exercise of a Combat Lifesaver course taught by Sailors with Special Purpose Marine Air Ground Task Force South during a theater security cooperation bi-lateral exchange at Peruvian Marine Corps Base Ancon, Peru, Sept. 2, 2014. The TSC event is made up to include multiple bi-lateral exchanges of medical treatment, improvised explosive device detection, mixed martial arts and combat marksmanship. Through close cooperation, the U.S. and its partners are ready to address transnational security challenges through integrated and coordinated approaches. SPMAGTF-South is currently embarked aboard the future amphibious assault ship USS America (LHA 6) in support of her maiden transit, "America Visits the Americas." (U.S. Marine Corps Photo by Cpl.
