English: STENNIS SPACE CENTER, Miss. -- Bg. Gen. Donald C. Bolduc, commanding general of U.S. Special Operations Command Africa, tours the Naval Small Craft Instruction and Technical Training School's Fallen Hero Hall during a recent visit to NAVSCIATTS facilities at the John C. Stennis Space Center in Mississippi.
Bolduc served as the keynote speaker at the recent graduation of NAVSCIATTS' Strategic Leaders International Course. SLIC is NAVSCIATTS' flagship course designed to advance and further develop the strategic thinking and planning skills of international military leaders and civilian equivalent Partner Nation personnel from government and law enforcement agencies. Six Partner Nation forces from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Kenya, Jordan, São Tomé and Príncipe and Oman graduated from the 17th iteration of SLIC. Also in attendance were Muhammad Abdallah, chairman of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency in Nigeria, and other military and law enforcement personnel from Nigeria, Tunisia and Jamaica. Abdallah, who retired from the Nigerian military at the rank of lieutenant colonel, served as the keynote speaker at the graduation of Class 17-2 at the Diamondhead Country Club in Diamondhead, Mississippi, on March 9. NAVSCIATTS is a Security Cooperation schoolhouse operating under the U.S. Special Operations Command in support of Foreign Security Assistance and Geographic Combatant Commanders' Theater Security Cooperation. NAVSCIATTS trains and educates Partner Nation special operations forces, SOF-like forces and SOF enablers across the tactical, operational and strategic spectrums through in-residence and Mobile Training Team courses of instruction.
