Marsh Ragwort in Autumn Marsh Ragwort - Cluster of umbrel flowers on a Senecio Congestus on the South Saskatchewan River Similar to Senecio Congestus or marsh ragwort. This plant does not have really really wavy leaves as does senecio congestus. This plant does indeed have several to many flower heads in a very dense cluster as Senecio congestus plants do. However, an earlier in the season photo does show this same plant with fewer flowers see Image:SenecioCongestusSK.jpg This plant has smooth leaves with just a little waviness. This plant has no flower cluster. This plant does have a flower identical to the marsh ragwort. The flower does have short pale yellow ray flowers, with a darker yellow disc flower in the center. It is about the same height, growing in marshy areas, with alternate leaves. Compare to Senecio congestus or senecio congestus senecio congestus Along South Saskatchewan River yellow flower
