English: Describiendo mi experiencia en este simulacro nacional realizado a las 8 de la noche desde el distrito San Juan de Lurigancho este expresa una lamentable realidad. Las calles desoladas, sin ninguna presencia de autoridades o vecinos que muestren preocupación por uno de los desastres naturales más frecuentes en nuestro país como lo son los sismos o incluso, en el peor de los caso, terremotos; nos hace reflexionar sobre la necesidad de una cultura preventiva. |
