English: A portrait of Hường Đề (or Hồng Đề, 阮福洪𣄍), a Nguyễn Dynasty mandarin who was the grand-son of the Minh-Mang Emperor served the country between the 1910's to the 1940's.

Vice-Président du Conseil de la Famille Royale en 1927-1932. Tham-Tri au Ministère des Rites en 1932-1933. Tham-Tri au Ministère des Travaux des Arts et des Rites en 1933-1940. Bố-Chánh de Thanh Hóa en 1937-1938. Admis à la retraite pour ancienneté de services (1940) avec le grade de Thượng-Thơ (Ministre honoraire).
