Description

O ministro da Cultura, Sérgio Sá Leitão, vistoriou nesta segunda-feira (8) as obras da Catedral Metropolitana de Aracaju (SE), construída na segunda metade do século XIX e que está sendo restaurada com recursos do Ministério da Cultura (MinC) destinados via emendas de parlamentares de Sergipe. Estão sendo executadas as duas primeiras etapas da reforma, com um investimento total de R$ 2,9 milhões, que incluem recuperação das fachadas e do telhado, substituição do piso, contenção de umidade, restauração de esquadrias e de elementos arquitetônicos, restauração do assoalho de madeira e pintura de paredes, tetos e pisos do pavimento superior, entre outras intervenções.
