Description

O ministro da Cultura, Sérgio Sá Leitão, visitou o YouTube Space no Rio de Janeiro, inaugurado no início do mês passado. Após uma apresentação sobre a empresa no Brasil e os investimentos feitos nos últimos anos, o ministro conheceu as instalações, as salas de equipamentos e estúdios disponibilizados para criadores.

O YouTube Space do Rio de Janeiro, o segundo instalado no país, oferece equipamentos, estúdios e salas para ensino, criação e encontros de criadores. No Rio, uma das dez cidades do mundo que receberam o projeto, o YouTube Space foi instalado em um prédio de 3.000 metros quadrados, no bairro da Saúde, na zona portuária.

O ministro foi recebido por diretoras do espaço que apresentaram a atuação da empresa na área da economia criativa. Em maio deste ano, o YouTube fechou uma parceria na área de tecnologia, com o Instituto Brasileiro de Museus (Ibram), vinculado ao Ministério da Cultura.
