Summary
[edit]DescriptionRycina 10 Wstępna charakterystyka bakteriofaga Serratia φOS10.png |
Polski: Rycina 10. Integracja genomu fagowego do chromosomu gospodarza: Liniowy genom wirusa (1) po znalezieniu się w cytoplazmie ulega cyrkularyzacji (2). Pomiędzy miejscem attP (ang. attachment of Phage) w kolistym genomie faga (3A), a miejscem attB (ang. attachmenti of Bacterium) w chromosomie gospodarza (3B) dochodzi do rekombinacji homologicznej (4). W efekcie kolisty genom faga staje się wstawką wbudowaną w chromosom gospodarza (5), zaś na granicy obu genomów powstają sekwencje attL (ang. attachment Left) i attR (ang. attachment Right), będące produktami rekombinacji miejsc attB i attP
