Description
English: The Ruta del Pleistoceno consists of an itinerary of murals in the localities of El Llano, El Beal and El Estrecho de San Ginés that represent the findings in the nearby Cueva Victoria. The project was promoted in 2017 by the Municipal Department of Historical and Archaeological Heritage of the City Council of Cartagena.
The photograph shows a mural at the RM-F43 of El Estrecho de San Ginés, where a specimen of Panthera gombaszoegensis and a pink Mammuthus meridionalis are represented. Among the signatures of the work can be distinguished that of the artist Teño.
Español: La Ruta del Pleistoceno consiste en un itinerario de murales en las localidades de El Llano, El Beal y El Estrecho de San Ginés que tratan los hallazgos en la cercana cueva Victoria. El proyecto fue promovido en 2017 por la Concejalía de Patrimonio Histórico y Arqueológico del Ayuntamiento de Cartagena.
En la fotografía se muestra un mural en la RM-F43 de El Estrecho de San Ginés, donde aparecen representado un ejemplar de Panthera gombaszoegensis y un Mammuthus meridionalis rosa. Entre las firmas de la obra puede distinguirse la del artista Teño.
