Rückseite: Kaiserlich Russische Kurantmünze zu zehn Rubel [kyrillische Schrift]. Vier Wappen in Blütenform um den russischen Doppeladler angeordnet. In den Zwickeln 1-7/5-6.

Kommentar: Elisabeth (regierte 1741-1762), geboren 1709, gestorben 1762 (nach orthodoxem Kalender 1761), war die Tochter Peters des Großen. Sie förderte die Künste und Wissenschaften, betrieb aber auch Günstlingswirtschaft. Sie war mit dem Fürstbischof Karl August von Holstein verlobt, der aber starb noch vor der Hochzeit an den Pocken; sie blieb unverheiratet. Russland kämpfte unter ihrer Herrschaft erfolgreich im Siebenjährigen Krieg, ihr unerwarteter Tod begünstigte allerdings dann die Siege Friedrichs II. von Preußen.
