[edit]DescriptionRubbish Dumping, Penshurst Road N17 - 1 (41581003231).jpg |
The pavement by this blank wall seems a continual dumping "hotspot". It's on the east side of Penshurst Road, Tottenham N17. Near the junction with White Hart Lane. I took these photos on 19 April 2018 around 10am. The pile is larger than I usually see here. (Maybe because some bins further down the road have been fenced-off because they belong to a block of flats.) |
