| Description |
English: Courtenay, Loiret, Centre region, France. Looking S-W. The ru de Piffonds at Bougis, coming from the Bas des Moriers and flowing toward the pumping station located behind us only a few 100's yards downstream ("source de Bougis", bought by the town at the end of 20th cent. to provide water to Courtenay). Jan. 2015: as every winter, the stream fills its ditch. In the field in front of us, perpendicular to the stream, two lengths of levee from an old pond now disused. Français : Courtenay, Loiret, région Centre, France. Le ru de Piffonds vient de traverser la route menant aux Moriers et se dirige vers la station de pompage de la ville de Courtenay (source de Bougis à quelques petites centaines de mètres en aval derrière nous). Vue vers le S-O. Janv. 2015: comme tous les hivers, le ruisseau remplit son fossé. Dans le champ en face de nous, perpendiculaires au cours du ruisseau, deux longueurs de digues d'un ancien étang maintenant disparu. |
