Português: Ruínas da Igreja da Matriz de Vila Bela da Santíssima Trindade. Trata-se das ruínas da antiga capital da província do Mato Grosso, situada no extremo oeste do Estado, às margens do rio Guaporé. Região descoberta em 1730. Em 1752 o governador Rolim de Moura e comitiva chegaram ao povoado e, em 1771, foi iniciada a construção da Matriz da Santíssima Trindade. Tem-se notícias que, em 1775, houve uma primeira reconstrução face a desmoronamento anterior, seguida de outra em 1793. No início do século XX, quando o Gal. Rondon passou pela região, a Matriz ainda estava de pé, em uma grande praça no centro de Vila Bela. Pouco a pouco, o edifício foi se deteriorando e a Matriz ganhou o aspecto de ruínas, com seus espessos muros de taipa de pilão sendo, pouco a pouco, destruídos pelas intempéries.
