Description
English: The Military Sealift Command joint high-speed vessel USNS Spearhead (JHSV 1) pulls into Naval Station Rota, Spain, as part of the ship’s final Mediterranean port visit before heading to the waters off the west coast of Africa. Spearhead is deployed to the U.S. European Command and U.S. Africa Command area of responsibility, supporting the U.S. commitment to presence and partnerships in these regions.
