Summary
[edit]DescriptionRoss Island Bridge wide view from SSE (2019).jpg | The Ross Island Bridge (in Portland, Oregon) from the south-southeast, from near the Springwater Corridor Trail, in May 2019. This was shortly after the completion of a full repainting of the 1926-built bridge, the first since 1965, when it first received this blue color (replacing green, which had replaced black a decade earlier). The repainting project ran from 2014 to early 2019, including preparation work. Visible in the righthand background is the 2015-opened Tilikum Crossing, the next bridge downstream of the Ross Island Bridge. |
