English: Part of a silver Roman republican coin; a denarius probably minted by L. Julius Bursio in circa 83BC. Only half of the coin survives. It is 18.9mm long, 12.4mm wide and 1.2mm thick. It weighs 1.5g. For reference see Roman Republican Coinage page 115, number 728 or, possibly, 729.
