Description
English: Robert Mc'Birnie is a Faroese singer, songwriter, composer, poet and musician. He was one of the singers in the pop-rock band Faroe Boys back in the 1960'ies, the band was popular in the Faroes as well as in Iceland. Robert has worked as a teacher. He was born in Sørvágur, grew up in Vágur and now lives in Tórshavn.
Føroyskt: Robert Mc'Birnie er føroyskur sangari, yrkjari, tónasmiður og tónleikari. Hann er føddur í Sørvági, uppvaksin í Vági og býr nú í Havn. Hann var ein av sangarunum í Faroe Boys í 1960'árunum. Hann hevur verið sera virkin innan føroyska tónleikalívið. Hann gav út uppsamlingsfløvur við ymiskum sangum, sum hann hevur sungið frá tí hann var ungur og fram til dagin í dag. Henda myndin varð tikin í februar 2012.
