The purpose of this course is to provide Staff Corps Officers and several Restricted Line designators with training necessary to prepare them to function in their role as a newly commissioned Naval Officer. It provides a basic introduction into fundamental aspects of leadership while providing a working knowledge of naval instructions and references. |
