Description Thursday, April 5, 2018 -- Governor Dannel P. Malloy today announced that he is nominating Associate Justice Richard Allan Robinson of Stamford to serve as Chief Justice of the Connecticut Supreme Court. In addition, the Governor announced that he is nominating Superior Court Judge Steven D. Ecker of New Haven to become an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court.
