Description (Size 320x98px, scale 10px = 1 mm)
English: The De Wet Decoration ribbon of the South African Defence Force, 32 millimetres wide with a 3 millimetres wide green band, a 2 millimetres wide white band and an 8 millimetres wide yellow band, repeated in reverse order and separated by a 6 millimetres wide dark blue band in the centre.
Afrikaans: Militêre dekorasielint van die Suid-Afrikaanse Weermag: De Wet-dekorasie (DWD) (1965-2003), vir twintig jaar diens in die Kommando's. Tot 1986 is die DWD slegs aan offisiere toegeken. 'n Gespe kon na dertig jaar diens bygevoeg word. 'n Silwermedalje wat generaal Christiaan de Wet op sy perd uitbeeld. Dit hang aan 'n geel lint met groen en wit randstrepe en 'n blou middelbaan.
