Norsk bokmål: Den nye kontorbygningen i dette kvartalet, Residence-kvartalet, ble tildelt Trondheim kommunes byggeskikkpris for 2011. Arkitekt: Svein Skibnes Arkitektkontor AS. Bygningen som dekker resten av kvartalet, ble oppført som Hotell Phoenix i 1911. Arkitekt: Herman Backer. Fra 1986 het hotellet Residence. |
