Español: Tomar mate era una costumbre difundida entre la gente de campo del Río de la Plata, que luego se generalizó. Hay muchas formas de tomarlo: caliente, frío, amargo, dulce, etc.
Los pasos para preparar un buen mate son: 1. Calentar agua. Tenga en cuenta que no debe hervir, la temperatura aconsejable es de 70 a 80° C. 2. Verter yerba dentro del mate hasta las tres cuartas partes del mismo. Si lo desea dulce, agregue una cucharadita de azúcar. Cuide que la yerba forme un pequeño hueco sobre un costado del mate. 3. Colocar agua tibia en el hueco. 4. Introducir la bombilla en el hueco húmedo. 5. Cumplidos estos pasos, comenzar a disfrutar del mate. |
