Replica of St Patrick's Cross

Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Originally the fortress here was the seat of the kings of Munster, but it was given over to the Church in 1101. The big rock at the base of St. Patrick's High Cross (replica shown here) was apparently/allegedly used for the whole kinging procedure.
