Description
Norsk bokmål: Reitgjerdet sykehus, tidligere navn på Brøset sykehus, Brøsetvegen 100. Sykehuset ble grunnlagt i 1921 i lokalene til den tidligere Reitgjerdets pleiestiftelse for spedalske, og fungerte fra begynnelsen som et ordinært psykiatrisk sykehus. I 1961 ble Reitgjerdet tatt i bruk som spesialsykehus for spesielt farlige sinnsyke, som ble overført hit fra Kriminalasylet på Kalvskinnet. Sykehuset ble nedlagt i sin daværende form i 1987.
