Description
English: NAVAL SUPPORT ACTIVITY SOUDA BAY, Greece (May 21, 2024) Sailors assigned to Naval Support Activity (NSA) Souda Bay, Greece, simulate an active shooter scenario during a Region Training Assist Visit (RTAV) onboard NSA Souda Bay on May 21, 2024. During RTAV, the Navy Region Europe, Africa, Central Region Training Team worked with NSA Souda Bay’s Installation Training Team to present training scenarios that tested the effectiveness of the installation’s Navy Security Force, Fire & Emergency Services, and Incident Management Team. NSA Souda Bay is an operational ashore installation that enables and supports U.S., Allied, Coalition, and partner nation forces to preserve security and stability in the European, African, and Central Command areas of responsibility.
