Summary
[edit]DescriptionRed Square Minin Pozharsky 1.jpg |
English: Minin and Pozharsky Monument in Moscow. A 1846 engraved print showing an orthodox cross procession in Red Square. Caption says that there were two processions annually, on July 8 and October 22, established by Mikhail Romanov. Head-on, geometrically 'perfect' drawing of buildings distorted their real-world proportions and placement (especially vertically). Русский: Крестный ход на Красной площади. Гравюра 1846 года. Расположение, пропорции, высоты, взаимная ориентация зданий сильно искажены. |
