Description
English: Planned 1902, by Gustav Rumpel and Arthur Krutzsch shaped 1905 - 1909 by Krutzsch und Rumpels. 1906 finished for the "3. Deutschen Kunstgewerbeausstellung". The monument in the garden is for the fallen WW1 soldiers of Saxony, after 1918.
