Description
English: Driving east past the basketball courts at the east end of Real Good Playground, at Horace Harding Expressway S and 102nd Street in Rego Park, Queens. Note that all the rims have been installed on the backside of the backboards, facing towards the fence, making them unusable. An elaborate prank? Or an unusual preventative security measure?
