Description U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Lakeesha Porter, bioenvironmental Engineer with 1st Special Operations Medical Readiness Squadron, installs a neutralizing water filter at facilities housing the Mauritanian 72nd Motorized Infantry Battalion during the opening days of Flintlock 20 in Kaedi, Mauritania, February 12, 2020. The Flintlock exercise, undertaken by approximately 1,600 service members from more than 30 African and partner nations, creates conditions that promote unity of effort by integrating multinational and cross-border capabilities to combat terrorist groups.
