Description North Wales. A competitor in the Annual International Snowdon Mountain Race on the Llanberis Path, the course used for the race. It is five miles up, five miles down with 3,000 ft of elevation on a course not kind to the feet. The race, no fun run, is restricted to 500 entrants. Record times are 1 hour 2 minutes 29 seconds for the men and 1 hour 12 minutes 48 seconds for the women.
