Description
English: Railway Museum, Port Erin An unusual steam pump by W H Bailey of Manchester and on display in a railway museum. The Railway Workshops at Douglas have a horizontal single cylinder engine that drives machine tools by lineshafting. In 1980 it had been dismantled prior to removal off site but it was later re-erected following an apparent change of heart.
