Description
Español: Caricatura de la Revista Variedades, Nº 282, Lima-Perú, que representa al anciano Presidente del Senado peruano, Rafael Villanueva, junto con el Presidente Guillermo Billinghurst, y en la que se alude al atentado con dinamita que sufriera el primero, el día 13 de julio de 1913. Billinghurst, que entonces sufría la oposición enconada del Congreso, amenaza a Villanueva y le dice que la bomba puesta en su casa es solo un “cohetecillo chino, comparado con este petardito que tengo a prevención que sigan ustedes esterilizando la labor de mi gobierno”.
