Description
English: Upper gastrointestinal series. Corkscrew appearance of the esophagus due to Diffuse esophageal spasm. (DES) is a condition in which uncoordinated contractions of the esophagus occur.
Deutsch: Korkenzieher-Ösophagus: Spiralig über den unteren Anteil des Ösophagus laufende, spastische Kontraktion.
Italiano: Per spasmo esofageo diffuso sintomatico chiamato anche "pseudodiverticolosi spastica", in campo medico si intende una condizione morbosa caratterizzata da contrazione scoordinate (discinesie) dell'esofago.
