Summary
[edit]DescriptionRadio telescopes - geograph.org.uk - 1726868.jpg |
English: Radio telescopes: The three dishes seen here are part of the old One-Mile Telescope, part of the Mullard Radio Astronomy Observatory, as seen from Haslingfield Road. The nearest dish and the nearest of the two distant dishes are fixed, while the farthest is on a 800-meter rail track, allowing for wide flexibility in observations. This array has now been retired. |
