Berretto a quattro punte. Il berretto è formato da due pezze: una costituisce la sommità con le quattro punte, l'altra tutto il laterale. I decori raffigurano teste di felini e/o di lama tipiche dell'iconografia Huari-Tiahuanaco e altri motivi di difficile interpretazione. Questa tipologia di manufatti era indossata dalle alte elite Huari.
