English: Coat of arms of Rădăuți, Suceava County, Romania.
Română: Stema municipiului Rădăuți, județul Suceava, România.
Descrierea stemei: Stema municipiului Rădăuți se compune dintr-un scut pe fond de contrahermină (împestrițări de argint pe câmp negru) încărcat cu capul de bour, având între coarne o stea cu cinci raze, flancat în dreapta de o roză și în stânga de o semilună conturnată, toate de aur. Capul de bour este însoțit de cinci coroane voievodale, dispuse trei în șef și două pe flancuri, de asemenea, de aur. Scutul este timbrat de o coroană murală de argint formată din cinci turnuri crenelate.
Semnificația elementelor însumate: Câmpul amintește de perioada în care așezarea a depins de Austria. Capul de bour și coroanele deschise evocă faptul că aici se află mormântul primilor domni ai Moldovei. Coroana murală cu cinci turnuri crenelate semnifică faptul că localitatea are rangul de municipiu.
