Română: Descrierea stemei:

Potrivit anexei nr. 1.1, stema comunei Axente Sever se compune dintr-un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite, despicat. În partea dreaptă, în câmp albastru, se află două cercuri așezate pe verticală, care se întrepătrund, tăiate de un pal, totul de argint, încărcate fiecare cu câte doi ciorchini de strugure și două frunze, de aur. În partea stângă, în câmp argintiu, se află un turn roșu crenelat cu ușă ajurată negru. Scutul este timbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat.

Semnificațiile elementelor însumate:

Turnul crenelat face referire la Biserica Evanghelică fortificată cu hramul "Tuturor Sfinților", monument istoric, construită în anul 1322. Cele două cercuri simbolizează semnul tipic ce apare pe casele din localitate, reprezentând culturile viticole existente în zonă. Coroana murală cu un turn crenelat semnifică faptul că localitatea are rangul de comună.
