Stema comunei Ciucsângeorgiu, potrivit anexei nr. 1.3, se compune dintr-un scut triunghiular albastru cu marginile rotunjite.

În interiorul scutului este reprezentată lupta dintre cavalerul Sfântul Gheorghe, în armură de argint, cu sulița neagră, călare pe un cal de aur cu șaua și harnașamentul negru, și un balaur de argint. Scena este flancată de un soare de aur, la dreapta, și o semilună de argint, la stânga.

Scutul este trimbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat.

Semnificațiile elementelor însumate

Lupta dintre cavalerul Sfântul Gheorghe și balaur se referă la denumirea localității.

Soarele și semiluna sunt vechi simboluri specifice zonei Ciucului.

Coroana murală cu un turn crenelat semnifică faptul că localitatea are rangul de comună.

Therefore this image is assumed to be in the public domain worldwide, although some of the above categories may be subject to usage restrictions within Romania.
